Sandra Schneider has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of TFL, effective April 1, 2026.
She brings over 20 years of experience in operations, business development, and supply chain roles across the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Her previous positions include Head of Supply Chain and Operations Additives at Clariant, leadership roles at Evonik, Wacker Chemie and the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology.
She holds an engineering degree from the Vienna University of Technology.
Along with her strong track record in operational excellence and change management, she brings digitalization and transformation as key strengths to the company.
