Swiss headquartered chemical supplier TFL has introduced a range of new products over the past twelve months, including:

Erhavit LSC – Liming agent for improved hair follicle cleaning-out
Erhavit LSC is a reductive unhairing agent based on organic sulfides and is free of inorganic sulfides and enzymes. It prepares the hair for hair loosening in the Hair-Save unhairing process and improves the cleaning-out of the hair follicle. For optimum removal of hair residues, Erhavit LSC is best used together with Erhavit LSU.

Erhavit LSR – Highly concentrated reductive unhairing agent replacing sulfide
Erhavit LSR is a highly concentrated, low smell reductive unhairing agent based on organic sulfides and is free of nitrogen, inorganic sulfides and enzymes. It can partly or completely replace sodium sulfide and sodium hydrosulfide and thus is part of the TFL Low Sulfide System. The unhairing product is a key element in the ecological unhairing of hides and skins.

Sellatan HIT Liq – Concentrated liquid retanning agent with excellent heat & light fastness
With its particularly good tanning effect at lower pH values, Sellatan HIT Liq is the preferred syntan for the tanning and retanning of metal-free leathers.
Sellatan HIT Liq imparts a fine, smooth grain; with a marked filling effect, soft round handle and uniform milling properties. Due to its high concentration and low salt content it has a very good environmental profile.

TFL Micro TEC – good defect coverage with less add-on
TFL Micro TEC is a versatile technology for the finishing of fashionable splits to high wearing sport shoes with a substantially lower add-on compared to standard finishing. The result is a more natural appearance without overloading the grain. The range consists of three ultra-thin base coat films and two adhesive binders; Roda Micro Black & White & Lucent and Roda Micro Bond A & B.
