Sandra Schneider has over 20 years of experience leading operations, business development, and supply chain functions, predominantly in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Before joining TFL, Sandra Schneider was Head of Operations and Supply Chain Additives for the specialty chemicals company Clariant. This was preceded by posts of increasing responsibility with chemical company Evonik, where she was Director of Operational Excellence and Standardization, along with roles as Head of Business Development for the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, and Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for Wacker Chemie. With a foundational background in engineering, Sandra Schneider obtained her degree from the Vienna University of Technology.
