TFL is a globally operating company offering specialty chemicals for the leather industry. It is the only company of its size exclusively focused on solutions for leather manufacturing.
TFL’s business activities consist of the development, production and marketing of specialty chemicals such as tanning agents and dyestuffs, with which our customers, the tanneries, create leather. In addition, we support our customers and their business partners with tailor-made solutions for the whole leather manufacturing process – from beamhouse through to finishing.
Position Objective:
As part of a Supply Chain transformation, you will lead the implementation of a non-SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, and systems, while improving planning quality and decision-making effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IBP project from initiation to hyper care (scope, planning, resources, risks, governance).
- Manage internal teams, and external partners.
- Analyze and optimize Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, and Control Tower processes.
- Design the IBP target operating model and harmonize processes across BUs and regions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend IBP solutions (make or buy, tool selection).
- Coordinate tool implementation and integration with SAP S/4HANA, APS tools, and data platforms.
- Lead testing activities data validation and issue resolution.
- Drive change management (communication, training, user adoption).
- Monitor performance (KPIs, data quality) and continuous improvement through to run mode.
Profile Required:
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP or IBP.
- Experience in planning solution implementation (IBP, Kinaxes or equivalent).
- Knowledge of all planning related SAP modules and transactions, data extraction and analysis.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills. PM certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and IBP modules.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
