ACLE 2012: Ecology also works for you!

TFL will participate at the ACLE 2012 from September 4th – 6th, 2012 in Shanghai.

At the ACLE, TFL would like to take you on a journey in which you will experience that the production of environment-friendly leather is workable and moreover not difficult.

We will show you with four different topics how ecological tanning will have very positive effects on the environment and the eco-balance of your leather articles.

The four topics are divided in:

COD reduction: To reduce the COD load in the Beamhouse, the application supported by the right products plays a major role. In the Wet-End the selection of the chemicals used as well as their exhaustion and fixation is very important. TFL presents several systems and high performing products to reduce the COD load considerably.

Restricted Substances: TFL shows you how to produce formaldehyde-free leathers in a workable way and gives you peace of mind regarding Chromium VI.

TFL WHITE LINE SYSTEM: For the production of sustainable high quality chrome-free leathers with selected products for every process step. This allows the production of leathers with the lowest possible level of potentially harmful substances, offering less allergy risk and minimum impact to environment.

Chrome management: TFL helps you with the fixation of chromium (III) and introduces technology to considerably reduce the leaching of chromium in the final leather article.
