Ecological bating agents to optimise the cutting yield
The newly developed pancreatic enzymes in granulate form gently relax the hide structure and allow deep bating without loosening the flanks. They are specially designed to achieve the best area yield whilst keeping the grain fine and tight.
OROPON MS gran. is developed for soft leather. It is made for nappa leather types providing a very good inner softness. Moreover, the product gives a fine and soft, yet tight and elastic grain.
OROPON MT gran. is optimised for firm leather types. It facilitates a fine, tight and elastic grain with good enamel.
Both products clean the grain and loosen scud very well. Thanks to their unique trading form as granulate, operators can handle these bates very safely with minimal exposure to dust. The new TFL bating agents from the OROPON M-range are free of ammonium salts and ideally combined with deliming systems without or with a low amount of ammonium salts.
